Are there any items that I can’t put out for doorstep pickup?
Yes, typically large items, electronics, hazardous materials, and recyclables are not accepted in doorstep pickup. Your apartment’s guidelines will have a detailed list of prohibited items.
How should I prepare my trash for doorstep pickup?
Trash should be securely bagged and tied to prevent spills and pests. Place it in the designated container provided by your complex, if applicable.
What happens if I miss the pickup time?
